Overview: This course will provide an outlook on various hands you will probably be dealt during your term on the board of directors. This course will look at how a Board should analyze the risks and rewards in making decisions that involve homeowner challenges, board disagreements & resignations, and legal threats to the association. Rather than counting cards, we will look at how a Board should assess its “next move”.
